I have loaded tires and 2wd and it does fine. With a heavy weight on the 3pt hitch it will make you proud. The 4 wheel drive will help when backing with a heavily loaded bucket. IF the paint, sheetmetal and rubber are good I would start at about $9200 and see what there counter offer is. If you don't mind hurting their feelings offer them $8500. If the bank will be involved better check their limit and interest rate. Financed tractors may require loss and liability insurance. They are not generally covered under your home owners insurance.
