The #!* Fiat has frozen up

I have a fiat (diesel: 4 cylinders) who knows what year & model that has been sitting for about 5 years in the paddock. It was going when it was parked but now is frozen. Will not turn over even with towing. Can't turn rthe crankshaft with a stiltson plus pipe. Anyone know a fast way to get it going without having to pull the head off and a lot of mucking around. Is there anyway of getting oil ... to the top of the pistons?
