I recently took to the steering column bearings on the 9n. Total replacement was finished up without removing the hood, just kinda "lifted" things out of the way enough to do the job. When I got the thing back together there wasn't any spark. Checking everything, along with 4 removals of the distribtor, brought no solution so I hotwired the jewell and she fired immediatley. Another test at the coil proved nothing, good power. I ran the thing into the shop and back out of the way for several days "wired". When I tried it again through the key, she ran like normal. Hmmmmmm.
