Gravely w/loader TD-6 questions...

I have the opportunity to purchase a package deal of a Gravely 4 wheel tractor with front loader nice condition (ignition switch needs replacement) along with an International TD-6 dozer w/bucyrus erie blade (starts on gas - runs on diesel) tracks are nice sprokets are nice. drawback - while the clutches are good it has a worn out left brake (only turns right - in order to turn left must be in reverse)is this a big problem to replace?

package deal is for $1800. Maybe less...

all help, thoughts appreciated.
