If you want to stick with a utility style tractor and have the comforts of live pto and hydraulics, try a IH 300 or 350 Utility. A 300 or 350 row crop would do everything you ask and they tend to be cheaper than the utility model. 3pt hitch kits are available, as well as the 2 pt conversion to 3pt. These tractors work fine without a functioning Torque amplifier, so don't let that scare you away. Dealer support and parts are easy to find.

You could also try a Cockshutt 30 or 40 with a wide front, or similarly a Co-op E3 or E4. These tractors have live ptos, live hydraulics, and a 2 speed auxillary transmission(8 forward, 2 reverse). Parts may be harder to find, but these are really nice, usable tractors.
