You should be able to pick up a 2 to 3 point conversion from a CIH dealer or at a farm sale. Adapter arms are also available either place. Making them yourself would be real tricky. Because there is no latteral movement to the lift arms of a "Fast Hitch" you might want to consider using a "Quick Hitch". Because you can't move the lift arms sideways you actually end up converting the implements to 2 point. The quick hitch would allow you to connect implements by raising the the hitch into the implement.
