Someone must still make the fender mount tractor radios with the switches on the rear that will let you set it to run on 6V/12V/pos/neg ground. If you want to use an existing 12V neg ground radio,an electronics store should be able to get you a voltage converter that converts 6V pos or neg ground to 12V neg ground. Iused to install the things when CB radios were popular and the owner had a 6V machine. They cost nearly as much as a cheap radio.
