Ag King 1086 ?

I've come across a 1976 Ag King that was very well taken care of, however it has been stored in a shed for 8 years without use. What kind of problems can I expect from the motor and/or transmission, if any? I've been told there is a possibility of rust on the main bearings in the motor or in the tranny from the fact it wasn't used all these years. I'd really like to get it because it seems like a steal. What do you guys think? Thanks for the help!
