Engine Overhaul Oliver model 70 Rowcrop

I have a 1945 Oliver Model 70 Rowcrop tractor. I am looking for someone in the Rocy Mountain area to overhaul the engine. I live in Cheyenne, Wy so I would like to get someone fairly close to do the job.
