Converter arms are readily available. Try a tractor salvage yard or an implement dealer, particularly a Case IH dealer and they can tell you where to get them. If you prefer to make them yourself you could use the aftermarket arms for your measurements, but I'm not sure you could make them as strong as they need to be.
