Rustoleum is just a run-of-the-mill machinery enamel like most brands of similar quality. It'll look good for a while and then will fade out, particularly red. If it's kept inside, it will stay reasonably well but the sun will fade it out quickly and the shine will disappear. I've used that type of paint with good results, just don't leave the tractor outside for any period of time.
