Believe me, I'm not picking sides in this discussion about herbicides and I think the economies of its use are obvious, especially when one considers the huge, starving populations that must be fed (or blown away depending on who they are). However, it's hard to ignore the quality of some (I repeat, SOME) of the organic foods available today. I remind our advocate friends that the garden (and most of the crops) vegetables, beef, chicken and pork grown on our farm in the 50's/60's would be classified as "organic" today. I miss that kind of quality. How do you feel about that?
