You have a 1937 WC Allis Chalmers, which is the unstyled model. Fenders are flat, likely no starter or battery. If only the engine is missing and the casting between the engine and transmission is there, look whether or not that casting has a round opening on top for a starter. I think some unstyled had a starter as an option. Do you have the radiator and hood? An engine may not be all that hard to find. As to value, maybe a few hundred bucks would be a fair guess. I saw a complete running, with starter, unstyled go on an auction three years ago for $500, which was cheap.
