fuel tank sealer

What is the best stuff to put in a fuel tank to seal rust. I know the tank must be as clean as possible and dry before coating the inside. I have seen several types of sealers but I can not find anything in my local area so I must send away for it. You people are great with your comments and replys. Thanks.
