More ideas: 1) there are tractor clubs, such as the John Deere group that meets at the Sumner Tractor & Equipment (I'm a Case guy-this not an ad!), 253-863-1523, who may be able to help you with values, prices, and advertising, or refer you to other clubs for the same; 2) they may have volunteers who would be willing to assist you in preparing for the auction, when the time comes (I can't speak for them-this is just an idea). I'm the least knowledgeable person at this site, but I would be willing to assist, if I can. God bless.
