Other than by serial# it is impossible to tell. The 2N had the same technical specifications as the 9n, but was built using materials that were more obtainable during the war. War year 2Ns came out on steel and had a magneto ingitian system. 9Ns came out standard with rubber and a distributor ingnition. It is now 60 years since the 2N came out, your tractor may not have the original ignition, radius rods, or wheels.
