if you have a three point hitch you can make a saplen puller. I made one using a three ft. long i-beam. stand the bean vertical then weld or bolt an old draw bar acrossit 10" off bottom,then weld to pcs. 3X3X1/2 flat bar with a3/4 hole in center of both 28" from bottom for top link. then on beam bottom weld a 16" sq. pc. of plate with a V-notch torched in it. I cleared 4 acres of plum thicket with on, just back up to base of saplen and ingage V-notch an lift 3PH at the same time an it wil grub roots and all. I always backed up to my grub pile and lowered lift,then pull foward and it came out, it worked great for me, and mamy other folks borrowed it. hope this helps, cause I've got writers cramp
