Actually, I have suggested that the note at the top regarding the rules about advertising for sale or wanted items be made a bit more obvious on the page, especially for those who are not regular on the forum sites. It is actually very easy to miss it I would say. And then there is the "grey area" about where to buy something - actually it is a "wanted" ad that probably should be in the classifieds but we see it all the time. Same goes for "how much is my tractor worth, I want to sell it" question. I don't think the regulars here mind the occasional one sneaking in, however blatent advertisements like the one you are referring to is a definite no-no.
