i had a farmall b about 20 years ago, but it was a mechanical lift. worked really well. what was so nice about it, was that it had 2 levers that you could use to adjust cultivator depth. i also had a homemade grader blade and i could use the levers to adjust the blade on either side to "ditch" and to crown a driveway. the guy i bought the lift assembly from told me of an exhaust lift, but he did not have one and they were getting hard to find. i did see one on a farmall a few years ago, but it looked like the tractor had not run in a while. was just sitting out in a field.
