Liquid dish soap and lots of it. 1967 was the SUMMER of LOVE in San Fransisco. 2007 is the SUMMER of FLAT TIRES here. I've dealt with 6 SO FAR. Liquid soap let's 'em bead up with 10 to 15 psi usually (provided rim is clean and NOT too rusty) It helps getting them on the rim too, besides just getting them to bead up.
