First off let the air out NOW, NEVER use more then 30PSI to seat the beads or you may end up dead. Next brake the bead down again and make sure its even all the way around the rim. Go in an steal some of your wifes dish soap and coat the tire real well with it. Now air it up slowly and make sure you do your best not to let any one place come up before the whole thing. Ya you can't stop it but you can slow it down some. As it airs up take a hammer and hit the tire in the areas its not comeing up. Also NEVER Get your fingers between the tire and the rim or you may loose a finger. By the way 40PSI in that tire now can or will cause the tire to pop off the rim and take your head off when it does. Most tires say 30PSI max to seat the bead. Been doing tires now for over 30 years
