Gravel road dust control

Anyone have a cheap (and legal) way to keep the dust down on a township gravel road? The county does it here,but I didn't take advantage of the scheduled spraying since we generally don't have much problem with excessive dust. Being it's been dryer than a popcorn fart here lately,the dusty road at the farm is gettin' to be a DRAG!! Just about chokes ya!! Is calcium chloride very expensive? I've heard of soybean oil,but that sounds expensive.I have access to a sprayer that's pulled behind an ATV for the application. Any ideas? Thanks guys.
