Simply put, automatics suck...... I notice that when i'm driving a manual, i'm paying more attention to driving and it's a heck of a lot more fun! Unfortuantely, my '01 F-150 that I purchased new wasn't even available with the manual trans. (not an option when you get a 5.4 engine). I wanted the bigger engine, so I had to get the auto. One of these days i'm going to swap it out for a manual. Automatics are B O R I N G!!!
