Where are you getting your info that meat in the quantities we eat is unhealthy? Maybe corn fed beef is. Grass fed organic is very healthy for humans. You must be following the mainstream medical establishments view on meat consumption. They are generally incorrect. Now I will say that all animal meat diet for protein source is not good either. Dont listen to doctors to live a healthy life. My lifestyle is healthy keto and intermittent fasting. Lots of meat and veggies.
