Does this lots of dirt work involve building a road into new property, digging and leveling a pad for a new home or building or clearing land for future use
What are the long term plans for the tractor. Continued land clearing, occasional driveway maintenance and lot mowing or does it include future field work
If any mowing or field type work is planned do not purchase a tractor with torque converter transmission, they are not designed for that type of use
The models you have mentioned normally have industrial rear tires that are excellent in dry dirt, in wet grass or mud they offer near zero traction compared to ag lug rear tires
I m not advising you do buy or not buy one of these models, just saying to consider its long term use and if it fits that use, or would a standard ag tractor with a farm style loader be an overall better fit
