If the grain is dry when it goes into the bag there's no more spoilage loss than from a bin.
Welker Farms put wheat in bags a couple years ago if you want to see some videos on it.
There's a machine that empties the bag and rolls the plastic up on a spool. As I recall there was remarkably little waste, as compared to a silage bag that's emptied with a skidsteer.
