I think it's and old car seat. It folds and looking at the brackets it flips up from the floor. At first I thought theater seat but now I think auto. I know it's rough but I've salvaged seat springs in similar condition and if it's desired I'd like to see it go to someone that would appreciate it. I do believe they had a model T on the farm. And to keep it topical, it could be used on a tractor.
