If you air up the truck and cage the chamber as shown in other pictures. You wil have brakes till the air goes down. IT will just not have a parking brake. IF you decide to air it up to move you would want to keep the air on till it reaches around 120 with the brakes released or you will be dragging the service brakes from low air. Both systems are in the same can just opposite sides of the middle aluminum center. Depending on how far you are moving it what are you going to do for power steering? They don't exactly steer easy dead.
