Most tractor carburetors have a plug in the bottom of the fuel bowl. using a clean can or plastic pail to catch fuel, open this plug and see how much fuel comes out. it should flow fast at first, then some slower, but steady for a minute. the steady flow should be an eighth inch or equal. if it floes to much less, then there is a restriction in the lines, or needle and seat. Check next at the intrance to the carb. then at the sediment bowl, then with the sediment bowl class removed. Jim
