Blades are a crap shoot anymore. For the nuts and such clean them up as best you can. with a wire brush and then with a file clean up any scars on the threads. this will make removal much easier and assembly much better with some grease on the threads going on and an impact wrench you can tighten them sufficiently. Though you want a 1 inch impact not your little 1/2 inch one. You can use that to start but the big one to finish the job. No wrestling match with pipe wrenches to get them loose and then tight again. We changed the ones on our Sunflower disc last spring. That one inch impact was the cats meow for that when it quit turning we would hit the back end of the shaft with the sledge and it would go some more. Never did any come loose since either. Biggest problem was getting the holders for the bearing to fame aligned.
