According to the S/N list on this site, it is truly a 1945. If that is true, then the hood decal is wrong. It should be the McCormick-Deering decal. The Deering name was removed in 1947. Also, I would question the paint on the generator and voltage regulator - black looks so much better, even if red is correct and I don't know for sure which color is correct. The muffler looks too big for this tractor - it is more the size for an M. Certainly not worth near the current bid.
