While the coil position CAN be changed, a ''workaround'' would be to make an extension wiring harness to the reach the (incorrect) terminal location.
It might be necessary to remove (grind) a bit of metal off of the bracket in that area, to allow room for the connector but that would still be simpler than relocating the coil, IMHO.
I have done exactly that on a DEERE 4430 or 4630 for the same reason to allow the use of a compressor with an incorrectly ''clocked'' clutch coil.
