I completely understand what you mean by a day job interfering with farm stuff - had that problem for 30 years. I was fortunate enough to be able to get a day fairly easy to bale hay but when you do stuff the way I did which is old equipment and techniques from the 50's and 60's there is always stuff that doesn't get done because thee is just no time for it. I'm now retired and there still isn't enough time sometimes. I've been retired 4 years and with a couple more years I will be caught up.
