NOt a ford guy but would hazard a guess you will need to remove the end of one line then run with new oil in there to purge the old oil out of the cylinder in the frame then reconnect and fill to level then probably need to recheck foe water in it again in a week or so just to make sure the system is free of water in the oil. There is probably also a filter in the reservoir if you take the top lid off it will be in there I have no idea what it is other than most likely it is a canister type filter. Most of those separate systems like that have one in there. Even my Peterbilt has one in the tank. I've changed it a few times with no water in the system.
