It looks like a Ransome Bobcat T-18 or T-24N. The OEM 24N would have had an Onan T260-G engine -- unsure of the T-18. Would've come with a FM-48S, FM-61S or FM-74S deck on a hydrostatic lift.
Still running my 24N and the damn thing's a tank. Still looking for the operator's manual... though I've managed to dig up all the parts manuals for the tractor, deck, and engine.
