Way to heavy to handle yourself by hand. Forget that. Don't even try it.
For what it's worth, you could probably somewhat handle just the tire and rim 'IF' you got removable rims from centers and you did actually pump the fluid out beforehand. You essentially just be handling the rim and tire alone. You obviously would want to roll them around. And not pick up and carry.
But if your going to be handling entire wheels including caste centers, you better use a tractor and loader or something. With or without fluid. Caste centers are heavy. Likely heavier than wheel weights. Caste centers are about all a single guy can handle just by themselves. Without a rim, or tire, or anything else.
