Those rear lugs look like the same exact lugs IHC used on the F-20. Wondering if they are, and have the IHC logo on each one. I can't blow picture up enough to tell.
Lugs wore out, and back in the day, some resorted to cut offs as a source for replacement lugs. Instead of going back to the dealership and paying new price. If they would bolt to a different wheel, people would do this. And when new lugs were no longer made, even more people did this. If not concerned about being all original.
