Hello everyone! I acquired this 606 last year and she is rough but useful. Im wanting to start working through the problems it is having so that I may clean it up and give it a new lease on life and use it on ny farm more. I added some pictures and a video of the tractor.
1st thing im curious about is the pto. Is it supposed to be spinning as soon as the tractor is on? I can pull the lever to the left of the seat and get it to stop at a low enough rpm. But this doesnt seem right to me.
2nd thing is the brakes seem weak, and i can see fluid seeping out the end of the axle.
The radiator is shot ive read that one from a 460/560 will fit?
And lastly the loader, when using it, sometimes the control for the remote on the right side of the seat will poo to neutral and cause functionality of the loader to be lost, is this a worn part issue? And if so where do i begin with repairing.
Also any help on where to fill fluid back up for hydraulic system would be appreciated havemt had luck locating a manual for it and id like to not ruin it from running it low.
