How do I get rid of this loop in the tail of the knot? The knot itself seems to be removed from the hook, but that loop is staying stuck between the jaws and sometimes the lower twine breaks instead of pulling it free. It has happened on both knotters with sisal and plastic twine. I've followed the adjustments in the manual from start to finish.
I'm thinking I need to make a knife adjustment so the twine is cut sooner in the cycle, but I'm not sure.
P.S. This is my first post, although I've read the forum before and found lots of good info in previous posts going back 15yrs. Thanks to all who have contributed to this wealth of knowledge.
