Hello RW welcome to YT. A lot of posters here that are knowledgeable about these tractors also like to go to shows and also many have tractors they actually take to shows. Most shows start on Friday so a lot of them are simply busy. I am far more familiar with the letter series Farmalls as opposed to the F series. What I can do is get you a copy of a partial manual for your tractor. The part that is included covers the engine and gear train so it has information about the governor.
