If you did actually bend or distort part of the tractor I am going to say it is the stamped steel section that sets between the clutch housing and the transmission case. I found a parts book but it does not seem to cover the hydro model. Either way I am sure both models have a similar assembly. In the attached see part P21-01 on page 100. It is my opinion that you are using the tractor for a task that requires a heavier designed and built machine to complete. I am sure many on here will agree a machine that is adequate for a task does not need to ..take a run for it.. to do the job.
