I think it is a bad idea that drain plugs are using rubber center drain plug seals. They are usually available at auto parts stores depending on size. Usually metric. I had to replace such a seal on a Perkins. BIL had to replace his drain plug seal on his 97 Ford powerstroke. I had to order a set so I could have a variety on hand.
