Initial, manufacturing and repair engineering has hit an all time low. The lastest news is that repair costs for new cars has hit an all-time high because of the proprietory parts and repair costs required. Even the simplest repairs are practically impossible for the owner/novice because of lack of information, shop manuals and reasonable repair parts. So, the average consumer of this new junk sucks up the cost and gets discouraged and just trades it in, for an unreasonably low price. Nothing is saved and this man-made hunk of junk is recycled and wasted. Don't get me started! I will not go anywhere near any consumer junk on four wheels or any other lousy, poorly-made product.
