One time on the local news they showed 2 guys and a pickup stealing diesel from a large tank. Very poor quality picture. Cops couldn't do anything about it.
If you had WiFi a ring camera would alert you the instant someone was there.
No recommendations on trail camera, sorry mine isn't that good..
