I asked my wife about this earlier and only thing she could think of was a water well, but she got the idea that the neighbor is supposed to dig it by hand (Why? Cause he's broke!). So then I had to ask, what if the guy cannot physically dig a well, or doesn't know how to dig one without the sides caving in?
Sorry folks, this joke wasn't very funny over here. ...And this from a house whose water well puts out maybe 2 gallons per minute. :shock:
