a large truck rim (preferably without center). Put the end of the wire through the valve stem hole and put a small 1/16 inch cable clamp on the end. Roll along the ground pausing to take up slack caused by the circumference difference between the bead and drop center. tape the last foot to the rim with gorilla tape. Jim
