After some back/forth and multiple pics, they agreed to send a replacement. I agree with you, the casing they used was poor. They should have inspected it before it went out the door. I understand times are tough but I'm seeing this more often where companies try to send me garbage and then attempt justify it and argue like hell to avoid eating the cost. Glad they did the right thing.
