You may not be new to mechanic work but you are clearly new to forums. Please try to have a little more patience because like you, nobody here has the entire parts book for the Ford 5600 memorized to be able to identify your parts from your rough description.
Without clear pictures of ALL the parts you found, for sure we're just guessing based on what could possibly fall into the bell housing. Even then the guesses can only get more educated. That's all we can do. As you've already seen, the picture you did include had EVERYONE identifying your "coil spring" as a roller chain master link clip. It looks exactly like a clip to me, and nothing like a coil spring.
Also please understand nobody here can read minds. We have no idea your level of experience based on your one-sentence original post. Please do not get upset if the answers do not "respect" your experience.
