I have a 1207. It was pretty banged up when I got it and my first experience with haybines. A few parts here and there and some learning and it works OK. I picked up a parts machine because it had good rolls and the original skid shoes (mine were home made replacements) and found when changing the rolls over that the bearing races had eaten into the shafts, three out of the four. I built up the grooves with good ole JB and it's still holding, but I only do around 15 to 18 hundred a year. Look under the bottom of the frame where the skid shoes mount. Both mine are cracked and pulling away where the rod mounts. I had to replace the vibration damper on the wobble drive pulley. Made one from some half inch thick rubber. and replaced a bunch of seals on the gear cases.
