napa or whom ever is in that business should have gasket material in packages just like sheets of sand paper and there is different thicknesses. plus it also comes in rolls and they sell what you want. a water pump does not take a thick gasket. dont use cornflakes boxes. not the same stuff. just replaced the water pump on my 560 and i made the gasket. gaskets are a minor deal in my world. it takes sissors and a small hammer and a hole punch.
